At Peaceful Minds Yoga, we believe yoga should be personal, powerful, and peaceful. We don’t just guide you through poses—we guide you through self-discovery. Our services are crafted to support the whole person, helping each client explore their body, release tension, and reconnect with their breath.

Our Story
Greetings I’m La’Toya a certified yoga instructor, a mother, and the heart behind Peaceful Minds Yoga.

My journey into yoga started as a personal need for peace, balance, and healing. What began as a way to care for myself slowly became a calling to help others do the same. Through training, certifications, and years of experience, I realized something powerful: people don’t just need to learn how to move their bodies they need to feel good in their bodies. They need a safe space to breathe, to release, to grow, and to heal.

I created Peaceful Minds Yoga to be that space.

My mission is to help people of all ages from toddlers to seniors, athletes to expecting mothers gain the full experience of what yoga has to offer.

I want every person who walks into one of my sessions to leave feeling seen, supported, and proud of themselves. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I guide you at your own pace, helping you tune into your body, honor your limits, and grow beyond them not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

For me, this work isn’t just about teaching poses. It’s about helping people show up for themselves maybe for the first time in a long time. It’s about creating a judgment free zone where you can explore who you are and start to feel whole again.
